We will be continuing practicing online this year until everybody is safe to practice together in village halls and we are all vaccinated.

Hatha Yoga: 
Hatha Yoga is the physical practice of harmonising
physical postures with the breath
 producing harmony and balance in the body, mind and spirit.

In these classes students learn the classic supine, seated and standing poses,
The emphasis will be on anatomy, pranayama breathing,
alignment, strength, suppleness, stretches,
and relaxation techniques. 
 
Mixed ability classes are suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.
I am also availble to teach on one to one basis for private tuition.
