Due to these uncertain times, all classes are suspended until we are told its safe to practice class together again, however I am setting up a Zoom web class where I can offer two classes a week , if you are interested, please contact me on  so I can add you onto the streaming list.  



What is Yoga?

Yoga is a mind-body-spirit discipline that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. 

Today most yoga practices focus on the physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation.

Yoga is for everyone and can be tailored to your individual needs.  It doesn't require you to turn into a pretzel!

Yoga is for people of all ages - not just the young and flexible.  Some people start in their 70s or 80s.

Yoga is not a religion but is a system based on universal principles which focus on a holistic orientation to life.
